These Terms of Service govern your use of alexpokorny.eu and the freelance web development and software development services offered by Alex Pokorný.

By using this website or contacting me regarding a project, you agree to these terms. Specific projects may also be governed by a separate agreement, quotation, or statement of work.

2. Services

Services may include frontend development, backend development, full-stack development, website development, software development, maintenance, and related technical services.

The exact scope of each project, including features, technologies, deadlines, pricing, revisions, and deliverables, will be agreed upon before work begins.

3. Project Scope

Work will be completed according to the agreed project scope. Requests that significantly change the original requirements may require additional payment or additional delivery time.

Features or services that were not included in the original agreement are not considered part of the project unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing the content, information, assets, credentials, and feedback required to complete the project.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, or unavailable third-party services may affect the project delivery timeline.

5. Payments

Pricing and payment terms will be agreed upon before the project begins.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges. If services are purchased through a third-party platform such as Fiverr, that platform's payment and service terms may also apply.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of project-specific source code, designs, assets, and other deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, images, icons, and other resources remain subject to their respective licenses.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed projects may be displayed in my portfolio for demonstration purposes.

7. Client Content

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, software, or other materials provided for a project can legally be used.

The client must not provide materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights or applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

Websites and applications may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, APIs, databases, payment providers, email services, analytics platforms, or other external infrastructure.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability, pricing, and policies. I am not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside my control.

9. Delivery and Revisions

Delivery timelines are estimates based on the agreed project requirements and the timely availability of information and feedback from the client.

The number of included revisions, if applicable, will be specified in the relevant project agreement or service package.

10. Warranties and Limitations

Reasonable efforts will be made to deliver the agreed services. However, software may contain bugs or depend on external systems outside of my control.

No guarantee is made that a website or application will be completely free from bugs, interruptions, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Any limitations of liability agreed for a specific project must comply with applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal requirements.

12. Privacy

Personal data submitted through this website is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable legal requirements.
